  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Health and hygiene products (e.g., masks, opened skincare products).

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Contact our customer support team at support@martkit.com or via the support section on our website. 2.2 Provide the order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. 2.3 Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.


3. Return Shipping

3.1 Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged or defective product.
  • An incorrect item sent by MartKit. 3.2 Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with the return policy. 4.2 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the product and completing the inspection. 4.3 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or store credit. 4.4 Shipping fees and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

5.1 If you wish to exchange an item, the same return process applies. 5.2 Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 5.3 If the exchange item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance will be refunded.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

6.1 Products returned without prior authorization from MartKit. 6.2 Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer. 6.3 Products with missing parts, accessories, or tags.
